Smoke detector and emergency lighting inspections are not only compulsory, but also necessary to comply with the Building Code of Australia and Australian Standards.

We can and supply you with a specifically designed fire safety maintenance schedule along with the local council paper work with our compliance and standards filled in for you. 

Our Qualified Certified Electricians will conduct all testing required, and notify the manager/ Strata Supervisor of any repairs needed to comply. We will also assist by offering a quote or estimation for the repairs and follow them through when approved.
