               As an Electrician Paddington, I often se emany un maintained electrical leads which are poorly placed for the likes of kids and pets. Keep unsuitable electrical instruments, wires out of reach of children’s and pets ways by incorporating them into the  kick boards or up high . I also  highly recommend the use of safety plugs.
 

                Children should be tought from a young age about the dangers of playing with toasters, electrical sockets,and particularly the effects of water on sockets and any thing electrical.  Make sure cables and plugs stay away from water and you children understand teh consequinces.
 

                Use smoke detectors or fire alarms ffor extra safety and a good reminder is to change the bateries on your birthday
 

                Always allocate an experienced and licensed electrician to check your boards at least once a year.  If you find any burning smell, check immediately.
